Celula was founded in May of 2005 based on technologies developed at the University of California and the University of Illinois. We hold exclusive rights to Intellectual Property acquired for the Company. Based on this foundation, Celula embarked on a path of innovation taking theses insights further, defining new discoveries and linking these technologies to unmet needs of the biomedical research and clinical communities. The Company closed Series A financing in April 2006. |
