JOHN A. OSTH

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Osth is a senior executive specializing in the development and commercialization of medical products. He has extensive experience in managing multi-national, multi-specialty teams required to bring modern medical bio-devices to successful market entry. Mr. Osth was President of the Immunotherapy division of Baxter Healthcare Corporation and General Manager of the Biotechnology Systems Group. He was also General Manager for Baxter’s European Research and Development group. Mr. Osth has served in various other management positions at Abbott Laboratories including the Diagnostics Division and Baxter Healthcare Corporation. In addition to his general management experience, Mr. Osth has held management positions in marketing, finance (an interim CFO), research and development, manufacturing and business development. He also has extensive international experience. Mr. Osth has worked with a number of early stage companies in the medical device, diagnostics and other healthcare related areas providing strategic and executive expertise. In addition to his responsibilities at Celula, he is Chairman of QuantumCor, Inc.
